RECREATION PROGRAM INSTRUCTORS

Do you have a special skill or talent that you want to teach at a City of Greenville Community Center? Submit a class, activity or program that you'd like to teach with us.

DANCE INSTRUCTORS

We're looking for dance instructors to teach a wide range of dance styles, moves, technique and choreography to students ranging from 6 to 14 years old! Instructors may specialize in one or more genres such as ballet, jazz, hip hop and lyrical.

On May 19, we celebrated the Grand Opening of Unity Park located at 320 South Hudson Street! Since then, many from the Greenville community have come out to enjoy this beautiful park. Whether you've visited already or not, we have all the details below to help you with your visit.


WHAT'S THERE?

Unity Park is full of something for everyone to enjoy! It features four state-of-the-art playgrounds, including a splash pad, two large green spaces, picnic tables with shelters, and a welcome center with restrooms, a lactation room and a first-aid station. Unity Park is also located along the Swamp Rabbit Trail, a popular walking and biking trail that runs from Travelers Rest to Downtown Greenville. Features such as basketball courts, a baseball field and more green space will continue to be added to the park on the other side of the Reedy River.


WHERE CAN I PARK?

There are multiple options for parking at Unity Park including The Commons parking lot, The Commons Satellite parking lot accessible via Meadow Street and a parking lot located at former Mayberry Park. Check out the parking map below to help guide you.

Additionally, Unity Park can be accessed through the Swamp Rabbit Trail from any of downtown Greenville's parking garages.
