By supporting the City of Greenville's Parks and Recreation divisions, you help support our mission to enhance and preserve special places and experiences in the City of Greenville’s parks, encourage and promote an outdoor lifestyle and increase public awareness about educational and recreational opportunities for the youth of our community.

Donation designations can be made in support of recreation programming scholarships for our community’s underserved youth, the planting of trees in common spaces throughout our community and the preserving resources and enhancing opportunities that will maximize the value of City parks.

Youth Scholarship Fund

The City of Greenville strives to provide recreational programming to youth of the community by removing cost as a barrier. Financial assistance to youth is provided based on income and other financial circumstances to allow participation in recreation programs that encourage healthy lifestyles, promote self-confidence and teach life-long lessons.

Park Fund

As stewards of our parks, and for the benefit of all who enjoy them, we are committed to preserving resources and enhancing opportunities that will maximize the value of City parks. Donations help supplement existing funding sources, in order to preserve and protect the experience of using the parks, programs and activities for Greenville citizens and all those who visit our beautiful City.

City Tree Fund

The City Tree Fund, established to enhance funding for tree planting in the city, has been very successful in supplementing Greenville's natural beauty. Through the fund, residents can donate money to have trees planted within a park, in a public open space, along a greenway or in the public right-of-way on their street.
