Fitness Boot Camp in McPherson Park

Next session begins November 5, 2019

This class is in the 6th year of providing exceptional instruction for all fitness levels. In each class participants will perform exercises individually and as teams, focusing on muscular strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance. The emphasis is on both physical and mental improvement and each week builds upon the previous classes. The program is designed for all levels of fitness with workouts including body weight, cardiovascular endurance and core strength exercises. The classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30AM - 6:30AM. Meet at McPherson Park, 100 E. Park Ave. The fee will be $85 per session with City of Greenville residents fee $74.
